NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through January 29, 2016. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on January 13, 2016 at 7:00pm at City Hall, 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801 to discuss the proposal and accept public comments.
