NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Robert D. Block, originally from New Rochelle, New York, passed away on December 19. He was 63. He is survived by his wife, Karen Block, sons Douglas Block and Daniel Block, sister, Lynda Block Hill and brother Lawrence Block.
