NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Donald David Harper, 71 of DeLand passed away February 18, 2016 at his residence. He was born In New Rochelle, NY on September 23, 1944 and served in the US Army. Donald worked in sales. He was a longtime resident of Larchmont, NY and enjoyed organizing his high school class reunions. He was an avid fisherman, golfer and photographer. He loved dogs and traveling. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Irene (Fox) Harper, brother Charles Harper and his companion of over 30 years, Kathleen Sullivan. He is survived by his sister Pat Phillips of Green Lake, WI; Kathleen’s children, Tara Mitchell, Stacey Anastacio (Phil) and Michael Mitchell (Lisa); 1 niece; 2 nephews and 2 cousins.
