Join us as the Cottage steps back in time and turns it’s front lawn into a Colonial Market Fair. Experience blacksmiths, coopers, candle dipping, Continental soldiers, colonial songs and storytelling, colonial toys and games. Join the one-room school house and marm to discover an old-fashioned school day. There’s 18th century medicine and face painting and much, much more! All crafts are designed to be interactive and hands-on for children and a fun way to learn about our Colonial ancestors.
Modern appetites shall be quenched with soda and drinks and BBQ hot dogs and hamburgers cooked by the United Veterans of New Rochelle.
