Expected to open in time for the 2016 holiday season, EbLens will occupy 5,400 square feet at 440 North Avenue. The owner of 440 North Avenue is a subsidiary of New York-based Palladium Management, a prominent developer in lower Westchester. David Roth, principal at Palladiumsays this lease signing is in line with the company’s strategy of redevelopingassets in dense downtown corridors. “We are pleased to add EbLens to our roster of commercial tenants,” say Mr. Roth. “This deal is indicative of our strong track record in repositioning underutilized properties”. Friedland Realty and Investment Design Properties were the brokers on the deal.
