WHAT: Astorino to announce the final steps to complete the South County Trailway in the Village of Elmsford and Town of Greenburgh. The $2.75 million project will link more than 36 miles of recreational trailways through Westchester County, from Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx to the Putnam County border.
