NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Two New Rochelle residents, Jennifer Ubl and Jessica Levine presented three bulletproof vests to the members of the department’s K9 unit. To make this happen, the two young professionals (and animal lovers) created a GoFundMe account, where they raised $3,000 in one month.
