NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Police Department held their Promotional Ceremony earlier today at the New Rochelle Police Department Headquarters. Three members of the NRPD were recognized at the service.
Sergeant Justin Wilson promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Police Officer Kimberly Diniz promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Poilice Officer Francis Flanigan promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
