NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Jack was born on April 22, 1925 and passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016.
Jack was a resident of New Rochelle, New York at the time of his passing.
Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday 2pm at St. Luke�s Lutheran Church 95 Eastchester Road New Rochelle NY. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
