City Manager Strome Explains 2017 City Budget on LWV Cable Program

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle City Manager Charles Strome will discuss the city’s 2017 budget, why it will exceed a state imposed tax cap, and the future direction of the city in an interview with host Ina Aronow on the League of Women Voters cable television program,  “City People and Issues,” on Cablevision Channel 76 on Mondays at 7 pm, Wednesdays at 10 pm.
