NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Patrick was born on December 1, 1994 and passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
Patrick was a resident of New Rochelle, New York at the time of his passing.
Visiting will be Saturday from 5-9pm at Lloyd Maxcy Sons Beauchamp Chapel 16 Shea Pl New Rochelle where a funeral service will take place Saturday evening at 7pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
