New York, NY man Arrested for Possessing more than 2 Pounds of Marijuana

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — On May 20, 2017, at approximately 10:03 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-95, in the City of New Rochelle for a speeding violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Brian P. Wilson, age 48, of New York City, was found to be in possession of more than 2 pounds of Marihuana, along with a Vipertek Electronic Stun Gun. Wilson was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle, were he was subsequently charged with:  

Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 2nd Degree; a Class D Felony

Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor.

Vehicle and Traffic Violation

Wilson is scheduled to be arraigned before the City of New Rochelle on today’s date at 10:00 a.m.
