NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Fellow New Rochelle Board of Education members wished the best to the two longest-serving members, David Lacher and Chrisanne Petrone, who are stepping down from the board at end of the month.
Lacher has served on the board for 25 years, including terms as president and vice president. Petrone served for 10 years, also taking turns as president and vice president.
Former board members, including Deirdre Polow and Nadine Wallace, and former Schools Superintendent Dr. Linda E. Kelly, among others, attended the meeting last night and joined the celebration afterward.
