NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Amy Moselhi and Paul Warhit were sworn in to the New Rochelle Board of Education at its re-organizational meeting on Wednesday, July 5.
Board President Rachel Relkin and Vice President Maddali Atallah were re-appointed to their leadership positions.
