NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Pay it Forward Club at Albert Leonard Middle School took part in International Coastal Cleanup Day held on Saturday, September 16 by combing Five Islands Park for litter and debris. Thanks to the students, teacher Sara Yeterian and parent helpers, about 20 bags of bottles, cigarette butts, snarled fishing line and other debris were taken from the gem of a park jutting into Echo Bay.
