NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson visited William B. Ward Elementary School to help students their with their readathon.
In two fourth-grade classes, he read the book “Mr. Ferris and his Wheel,” by Kathryn Gibbs Davis, about American invengot George Ferris and the iconic amusement park attraction that bares his name.
