NEW ROCHELLE, NY — On January 8, 2018, at approximately 1:05 a.m., State Police responded to a report of a one car property damage accident on I-95, City of New Rochelle. During the interviewing of the driver of the vehicle, Jorge G. Molina, age 36, of Bronx, NY, probable cause to search the driver and the vehicle was established.
The driver was found to be in possession of approximately .02 ounces of cocaine and was also in violation of a valid court order. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at State Police New Rochelle, where he was subsequently charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor Criminal contempt 2nd degree; a Class A Misdemeanor.
Molina was arraigned in the City of New Rochelle Court, no bail information or return court date available at this time.
