NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The next New Rochelle Board of Education meeting, a Committee of the Whole Session, takes place next Tuesday, Feb. 27, in the George M. Davis Jr. Elementary School, 80 Iselin Drive. The public portion of the meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m.
