NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Studio Arts Festival at the Daniel Webster Magnet School is the culmination of 10 weeks of study. All students in grades 1 through 5 take 10 weeks of either a performing or visual art. Everything from weaving to modern dance to watercolor painting is offered.
