NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, Office for the Aging, The P.A.C.T. Unit of the New Rochelle Police Department, and New Rochelle Parks & Recreation will sponsor its “Halloween Bash” on Monday, October 29th 5:30pm – 7:30pm. This special evening will be held at the Hugh Doyle Center, 94 Davis Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10805. Free Admission. Limited space. All must be pre-registered. First come first served basis. Music will be provided as well as pumpkin gathering, face painting, games, costume contest, raffles, crafts, painting, storytelling, and much more.
