NEW ROCHELLE, NY — All City School District of New Rochelle schools will let out 15 minutes early on Wednesday, Oct. 31, in an annual “Rapid Dismissal” emergency preparedness drill. Buses will arrive at schools earlier than usual to pick up the students on time.
The drill, testing emergency early dismissal procedures, is required by the New York State Education Department.
