MAMARONECK, NY –Unofficial results show that the proposed Mamaroneck School District Capital Improvement Bond was approved by 80% of the voters.
“We thank the community for its support of these important capital projects that will impact all six schools,” Superintendent of Schools Dr. Robert I. Shaps said. “As we reiterated in the past many months, the bond includes work that was identified as being necessary in the 2015 Building Conditions Report and is critical for the safety of our school buildings. Much of the work was deferred from previous capital improvement plans.”
