HARRISON, NY — Johncarlos Valencia, 28, of New Rochelle, NY was arrested on March 24, 2019, at approximately 3:48 a.m. after New York State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 for a vehicle and traffic violation. Valencia was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP New Rochelle, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.12%. Additionally, he has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony and Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Valencia was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on April 9, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
