WHITE PLAINS, NY — Neil White of New Rochelle was found Guilty of Murder in the Second Degree following a jury trial.
Westchester County Court Judge George Fufidio presided.
The jury found White responsible for smothering his 7-year-old daughter, Gabrielle White, in their New Rochelle home in 2017.
DA Scarpino said, “Once again, our hearts go out to the family of Gabrielle White, who will always mourn the loss of this little girl. The murder of a child is never easy. There are no winners here. But, in this case against Neil White, the jury saw justice for 7-year-old Gabrielle and the family who loved her. Even so, their lives will never be the same.”
