Pennsylvania Man Busted in New Rochelle for DWI and Weapons Following Traffic Stop

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Haji Jacobs aged 29, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, was arrested by New Rochelle Police Department Officers on Saturday morning at 6:45 a.m. and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon Second Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device and Driving While Intoxicated — First Offense.

New Rochelle Police Officers conducted a traffic stop at Huguenot Street and North Avenue for erratic driving.

Jacobs was found to be in possession of a .40 Glock Handgun Magazine. A subsequent search of his vehicle revealed a .40 Glock Handgun and two illegally possessed 15-Round magazines.
