NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Kem Davis, aged 52 of New Rochelle, was arrested outside the North Avenue Post Office and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree Tuesday.
New Rochelle Police Officers observed Davis exiting the U.S. Post Office on North Avenue wearing black hard knuckles on his right hand.
New Rochelle Police received a report on June 29th at 2:02 pm of criminal possession of a weapon.
A subsequent investigation revealed that Davis had entered the Post Office at 11:30 am, and had become agitated when he was denied access to a PO Box. He left, and returned later, still wearing the knuckles.
