NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle Police Commissioner Robert Gazzola has announced several major promotions. The promotions are effective July 22.
- Lieutenant Raul Rodriquez is promoted to the rank of Captain.
- Lieutenant Neil Reynolds is promoted to the rank of Captain.
- Detective Sergeant Robert Torr is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
- Sergeant Melvin Molina is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
- Detective Matthew Glass is promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
- Police Officer Patrick Lunn is promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
