New Rochelle Police Arrest 17-Year-Old from Yonkers in Lincoln Avenue Stabbing

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle Police arrested a 17-Year-Old from Yonkers involved in a stabbing in the parking lot of the Carrington Arms.

On Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 7:17am, New Rochelle Police responded to a report of a stabbing that occurred in the parking lot of 33 Lincoln Avenue.

Officers located the victim, an 18-year-old male New Rochelle resident, who was unresponsive and bleeding from his chest. Officers began administering First Aid, and an ambulance responded and transported the victim to a hospital where he is now in critical, but stable condition.

New Rochelle Detectives responded and developed leads which led to the arrest of a 17-year-old male from Yonkers, NY.

The investigation is still ongoing. The name of the victim is not being released at this time.
