NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle Police were called to the New Rochelle Metro-North Station shortly after 11:30 a.m. of a report of a person with a child threatening to jump on the railroad tracks.
Initial reports from NRPD are that an adult was on the railroad tracks with an emotionally disturbed child.
