HARRISON, NY (June 14, 2022) — Rogelio W. Criollo, 49, of Port Chester, NY, was found to be intoxicated after New York State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Sunday.
He was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.14%. Additionally, Criollo has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony and numerous vehicle and traffic violation.
Criollo was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the town of Harrison Court on September 20, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
