RYE, NY (July 22, 2022) — Justin Flores, age 27, of Port Chester, NY was arrested Wednesday for Driving While Intoxicated by Rye Police.
On July 20, 2022 at approximately 7:40 pm, Rye Police Officers responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on the Boston Post Road at the intersection of Cedar Street. The driver was reported to have fled the scene. A description was given by a witness and the suspect was located at the Rye Train Station.
All tickets issued to Flores are returnable to the Rye City Court on August 9th, 2022.
