NEW ROCHELLE, NY (February 7, 2023) — With the help of Talk of the Sound readers we have verified recent images of Jason Ricketts, 22, of New Rochelle, NY, who was arraigned last Thursday on multiple felony charges: Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, and Possessing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child.
Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah is urging any possible victims of Ricketts to contact the DA’s Office or police.
“We ask anyone who may have been victimized or may have information about other victims to contact us,” said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah. “We recognize the great difficulty for survivors to come forward, but stand ready to provide support for victims as our investigation continues.”.
We pressed for days for the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office to release booking photos of Ricketts in the belief that victims who might not know his name might recognize a current photo.
Unable to obtain booking photos from the DA, we sought the assistance of our readers who came through with flying colors. Thanks to all of them.
