NEW YORK, NY (February 15, 2023) — Malik Fogg, 28, of Mount Vernon, NY was arrested while on duty working as a New York City Housing Authority employee on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at about 10:00 pm.
Fogg currently had a pending Federal lawsuit against the New Rochelle Police Department, the City of New Rochelle and several NRPD police officers.

- Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury, an A Misdemeanor
Fogg was charged in the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx. The investigation remains ongoing. The 47th Precinct serves northern portion of the Bronx. Woodlawn, Wakefield, Williamsbridge, Baychester, Edenwald, Olinville, Fishbay, and Woodlawn Cemetary all call the precinct home.
Fogg was issued a Desk Appearance ticket for January 27, 2023. He appeared that day in Bronx Criminal Court and given a return date of March 9, 2023.
Malik E. Fogg is an employee working as an Emergency Service Aide for NYCHA Manhattan. His annual base salary is $32,950. The start date of his employment was March 3, 2022, and his employment status is “on leave”.
