MAMARONECK, NY (May 22, 2023) — The Mamaroneck Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on May 22 at 8:00 PM in the Courtroom at 169 Mt. Pleasant Avenue. The meeting will begin with a presentation of the MS4 Report.
The agenda includes several public hearings, including one on PLL I-2023 to amend the Village Code to include requirements for fair and affordable housing for all zones in the village. Other public hearings will address the safety and maintenance of utility poles, building and fire code administration, and management duties of motel attendants.
The Board will also consider several resolutions, including one to schedule a public hearing on a comprehensive plan update and another to revise the Board of Trustees meeting schedule. Other resolutions include authorizing budget transfers for over-budget accounts and approving an abstract of audited vouchers with reports.
The meeting will also include reports from the Village Manager, Clerk-Treasurer, and Village Attorney. The agenda concludes with the approval of minutes from previous meetings of the Board of Trustees, Planning Board, Arts Council, and CFTE.
