RYE, NY (August 11, 2023) — A Connecticut Man was found passed out at the wheel of a 2014 Mercedes Benz.
On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 5:03 am, Rye Police Officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle stopped in the roadway on the Boston Post Road in the area of Purdy Avenue.

Antonio Saavedra- Vargas, 46, of Stamford, Connecticut
- Felony Driving While Intoxicated (previous conviction DWI in ten years)
All tickets issued to Saavedra-Vargas were returnable to the Rye City Court on June 27, 2023.
