NEW ROCHELLE, NY (August 13, 2023) — A Port Chester man blew a .19%, BAC after he was stopped on the New England Thruway by New York State Police.
On July 23, 2023, at approximately 1:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-95 in the city of New Rochelle for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP New Rochelle where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%.
Arrest & Charges:
Jesus Garcia Flores, 31, of Port Chester, NY.
- Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.
Garcia Flores was released to a third party with an appearance ticket returnable to the City of New Rochelle Court on August 15, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
