New Rochelle Man Shot in the Leg at Bracey

NEW ROCHELLE, NY (October 3, 2023) — A 33-year-old New Rochelle man was shot in the leg early Monday. The injury was determined to be non-life-threatening, according to police.

At about 12:13 am, New Rochelle Police responded to 361 Main Street due to multiple

calls of shots being fired. Upon arrival, Police located and recovered numerous shell casings. Police then located at a local hospital a victim of the shooting.

There is no suspect information at this time, but police believe that the shooter fled in a black sedan.
