NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 11, 2024) — A New Rochelle man was arrested after repeated incidents of attempting to enter a house occupied college students. On one occasion, he exposed his penis when confronted by students.
On April 10th, 2024, at about 10:48 pm, New Rochelle Detectives arrested one Lidio
Garcia, 25 years of age, of New Rochelle for Trespassing and Public Lewdness stemming from multiple previous incidents. It had been reported in two previous incidents that Garcia is alleged to have attempted entry into a home on Mayflower Avenue occupied by college students. On one of those occasions, the residents confronted him, at which time he exposed his genitalia before leaving the area.
Detectives were able to develop leads that culminated in an arrest at Police Headquarters.
