New Rochelle Man Arrested with Crack, Heroin and Brass Knuckles

NEW ROCHELLE, NY (June 15, 2024) — A New Rochelle found trespassing at a New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority Property is facing drugs and weapon charges.

On June 14th, 2024, at about 12:43 pm, New Rochelle Detectives arrested one Jamel

Glenn, 59 years of age, of New Rochelle, for Trespass at 111 Lockwood Avenue, a New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority Property.

Upon a search after his arrest, Mr. Glenn was found to be in possession of approximately 30 grams of crack cocaine, heroin, powder cocaine and brass knuckles. He was placed under arrest without incident and transported to Police Headquarters for processing.

  • Criminal Trespass – 3, a B Misdemeanor
