NEW ROCHELLE, NY (September 18, 2024) — On Tuesday September 17th, 2024, at about 11:04 pm, New Rochelle Police responded
to a domestic dispute at an apartment at 30 Eastchester Road. The suspect is alleged to have struck a woman who is known to him before barricading himself in a bedroom with a knife. New Rochelle Police responded and safeguarded the other occupants of the apartment. Police were initially unable to get a response from the suspect, but he eventually surrendered without incident and was place under arrest.
