New Rochelle Man Assaulted, Robbed While Working on His Vehicle in His Driveway

NEW ROCHELLE, NY (October 7, 2024) — At approximately 9:39 pm on October 5th, 2024, a resident in Edgewood Park reported being assaulted and robbed while working on his vehicle in his driveway on Lockwood Avenue. The victim described the suspect as an unknown male wearing a black hoodie. The assailant approached from behind, struck the victim, and stole several personal items, including a gold chain, a brand-new phone, and credit cards. The victim believes the suspect fled towards Feeney Park but could provide no further details for identification.

Despite an immediate search of the area, no suspects were located, and the stolen phone does not have tracking information available.
