RYE, NY (October 20, 2024) — On October 18, 2024, City of Rye Police Department arrested Ann Marie Cunningham, age 77, of New York, NY for petit larceny.
On September 26, 2024 at approximately 3:00 pm, Rye Officers responded to Danny Lee a retail store located 31 Purchase Street in the City of Rye on a report of a larceny in the past. An investigation determined, a female, identified as Ann Marie Cunningham entered the store, stole merchandise, valued at $58.00 passing all points of purchase without paying.
Cunningham turned herself in to Rye Detectives on Friday October 18, 2024, she was processed and released on her own recognizance with an appearance ticket returnable to the Rye City Court on Tuesday October 29, 2024 at 9:00 am.
