NEW ROCHELLE, NY (February 13, 2026) — The City of New Rochelle launched its newly redesigned civic website on Wednesday in partnership with CivicPlus to enhance access to city services, information and resources for residents, businesses and visitors.

The updated site, www.NewRochelleNY.govu, went live at 2:00 p.m. EST on February 12.

The redesigned platform underscores the city’s commitment to transparency, accessibility and clear communication with the community. It simplifies tasks such as locating city documents, submitting service requests, accessing municipal services and staying informed about programs and initiatives.

The site features a refreshed, user-friendly interface with a clean, intuitive design and improved functionality for a more seamless online experience.

“With our previous website more than ten years old, it was time for a refresh,” said City Manager Wilfredo Melendez. “The new City website is modern, mobile-friendly, and far easier to navigate, creating a better digital experience for everyone who interacts with New Rochelle,” he said.

Key upgrades include a persistent top navigation bar for easier browsing on desktop computers and a mobile-first design that ensures seamless access on smartphones and tablets.

The Department of Parks & Recreation and the New Rochelle Police Department websites received refreshed designs with distinctive visual identities. Parks & Recreation features vibrant greens, while the Police Department uses calming blues. Both remain connected to the city’s iconic purple brand.

The city also introduced a dedicated Community page that highlights local organizations, events and important updates.
