NEW ROCHELLE, NY (February 25, 2026) — The City of New Rochelle is inviting residents to build snowmen for a community showcase.
Residents are encouraged to “build your most creative snowman” for a chance to be featured in Friday’s newsletter and on the city’s social media channels.
If you upload your photo to social media, be sure to tag it: #NewRoSnowman
To enter, participants are asked to build a snowman, take a photo — including themselves if they choose — and submit it online at NewRochelleNy.gov/snowman.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 27 at 12 p.m.
