NEW ROCHELLE, NY (March 23, 2026) — The City School District of New Rochelle announced that all four high school seniors previously named National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists have advanced to Finalist standing and will be considered for National Merit Scholarship awards.
“Ian McCloskey, Paxton Rogove, Cory Seelenfreund, and Regina Teran are among an elite academically talented students nationwide who are under consideration for one of 6,870 Merit Scholarships totaling $26 million,” according to the district.
