NOTICE is hereby given that the New Rochelle Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 150 of the New York State Public Housing Law, on Tuesday July 29, 2008, at 7:30PM, in Room B–1, City Hall Annex, 90 Beaufort Place, New Rochelle, NY 10801 regarding the following:
THE NEW ROCHELLE MUNICIPAL HOUSING AUTHORITY PROPOSES TO ACQUIRE 51-53 HORTON AVENUE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE HARTLEY HOUSES REVITALIZATION PROJECT.
The City Council of New Rochelle has hereby referred the proposed acquisition of 51–53 Horton Avenue to the Planning Board for Public Hearing and report pursuant to Section 150 of the Public Housing Law.
A copy of the referral resolution may be inspected in the Office of the Planning Board Clerk of the Department of Development during office hours between 8:30AM and 4:30PM.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing or submit written communications to the Planning Board Clerk at or before the hearing.
