Dear Neighbors:
It is a pleasure to serve you once again as your representative on the City Council. Although I was not on Council when many of the current proposed development projects were approved (the Simone Church/Division proposal, M Squared at the former Palladium property, Louis Cappelli’s proposed development at LeCount/Anderson, and the Trump/Cappelli project on Huguenot Street), I was pleased to participate in the selection of a developer for the Echo/ East Main Street waterfront project, and look forward to the day that we can reclaim this waterfront
property for the benefit and enjoyment of our residents.
As development proceeds in our downtown and elsewhere, I will continue to work with the City Administration to minimize the impact on your daily lives. I look forward to working with you, and would be pleased to meet with your homeowners association, co-op board or tenants association to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have. I am also very interested
in hearing your views on the many issues that come before the City Council.
