The traffic lights at the intersection of North Avenue and Burling were having problems since last night. Crews were out working on this morning and all appears to be well.

All was not well this morning
What a debacle it was this morning. The officers there had no idea how to handle a staggered 4 turn intersection. I was stuck on station plaza trying to turn into the train station parking lot for 12 minutes. Even the Bee line bus drivers got out to see what was going on. People were doing U turns to get out to Division.
Directing Traffic is a skill and the 2 officers there this morning around 8:15 were deficient in this skill. It was ridiculous.
