Journal News is reporting that Four teens charged in New Rochelle robbery near library

…a 38-year-old New Rochelle resident, was walking near 1 Library Plaza at 10:20 p.m. Friday when a group of seven to eight boys demanded a backpack he was carrying…The victim was punched in the head by another suspect. The group took the backpack and fled.

The story comes in the wake of a heated, scathing attack on the Journal News by Library officials.
