In researching information about signs in New Rochelle in the wake of the wind damage to the billboard above Deluxe Storage, I ran across a company called Neptune Signs which appears to be the “go-to” company for signs in New Rochelle. Businesses such as Don Coqui, Marshalls, Annie Sez, Regal Cinemas at New Roc City employ Neptune Signs along with Iona College.
